HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 358 Engineering Posts

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has invited online applications for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The engagement covers Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation streams across training locations spread all over India for the year 2026-27. Online applications can be submitted from 15 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

How to Apply

1. Register on the Apprentice Application portal at jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp using the "Sign up for New Registration" option.
2. Login credentials will be sent to the registered email ID by the HPCL Apprentice Team.
3. Sign in using the received email ID and password.
4. Select the Engineering Branch from the dropdown as per the branches mentioned in the advertisement.
5. Fill in Personal Details and click "Validate your details."
6. Click "Save & Next" to proceed to Contact Details, including correspondence and permanent address.
7. Select State of Training (only one preference can be selected).
8. Validate details and proceed to Qualification Details.
9. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
10. Recheck all details under "Preview" and edit if required.
11. Read the declaration carefully, check the declaration boxes, and click "Final Submit."
12. A confirmation email with the HPCL Application Number will be sent after submission.
13. HPCL does not guarantee permanent or temporary employment after successful completion of apprenticeship.
14. Apprentices who complete the training successfully will receive relaxation/preference in future recruitment norms in two stages: age relaxation to the extent of the apprenticeship period (not exceeding one year), and an additional 5% grace marks in the Computer Based Test (CBT) for shortlisting in subsequent recruitment.
15. Furnishing wrong or false information will lead to disqualification, even after engagement.
