ICAI Executive Officer Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 50 Posts

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has invited online applications under Advertisement No. 07/2026/HRD/04 for 50 Executive Officer posts (Post Code 2609), open to Chartered Accountants, including freshers, with no experience required. Online applications open on 18 July 2026 and close on 31 July 2026, with the written test scheduled for 16 August 2026.

A total of 50 posts are available for this recruitment.

Candidates must have Chartered Accountant as minimum educational qualification.

How to Apply

1. Ensure you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria for the post before starting the online application.
2. Fill the online application form as per the instructions contained in it.
3. Upload all required documents in the prescribed format at the time of submission.
4. Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 online through the portal; the application is complete only after successful payment.
5. Submit the application on or before 31 July 2026; late submissions will not be considered.
6. Take a printout of the submitted online form for your own records.
7. Candidates must keep their registered email address and mobile number active, as all communication will be sent only to these; ICAI is not responsible for any non-communication due to invalid details.
8. Submitting incomplete or false information, or suppressing facts, can lead to rejection of candidature and debarment from future employment at ICAI, besides legal proceedings.
9. Mere possession of the minimum eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for the next stage or selected for the post.
10. Candidature remains provisional even after successful completion of the process, until the genuineness of academic and experience documents is verified.
11. Outstation candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed travel expenses by the shortest route, as per ICAI's rules.
12. Candidates may be required to disclose pending criminal cases, and ICAI may conduct independent antecedent verification, including police records.
13. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year, which may be extended for non-satisfactory performance.
14. Selected candidates will be posted at any office of the Institute across the country and are liable to be transferred anywhere in India.
15. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
