NCL Recruitment 2026: Mining Sirdar & Surveyor Posts, Apply Online from 14 July

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released an Employment Notification (Ref. NCL/SING/HR/Direct-Recruitment/2026-27/246) dated 10.07.2026 inviting online applications from Indian nationals for the statutory mining posts of Mining Sirdar T&S Gr. C and Surveyor (Mining) T&S Gr. B. These posts are for regular deployment across NCL's Mines/Establishments in Singrauli District (Madhya Pradesh) and Sonebhadra District (Uttar Pradesh). Online registration opens on 14-07-2026 and closes on 05-08-2026.

A total of 254 posts are available for this recruitment.

Candidates must have 05-08-2026 as minimum educational qualification.

How to Apply

1. Log in to the official NCL website using URL www.nclcil.in > Career > Recruitment > Employment Notification for Direct Recruitment of various Statutory posts > Apply Online.
2. Read the complete Employment Notification carefully (available in English and Hindi) to assess your eligibility.
3. Candidates other than SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1180/- through the online facility.
4. Upload the scanned photograph, signature, and all required documents as specified in the notification.
5. A candidate can apply for only a single post against this Employment Notification.
6. Verify all details (Date of Birth, Category, Contact Details, Qualifications) carefully before final submission, as no correction is possible after submission.
7. If more than one application is received from a candidate, the most recent application will be treated as final.
8. No hard copies of the application or testimonials need to be posted or dispatched to NCL.
9. A candidate can apply for only one post against this Employment Notification.
10. All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/appropriate Indian Statutory Authorities.
11. Mere issuance of Admit Card does not imply that candidature has been finally cleared by NCL; candidature remains provisional until eligibility is verified against original documents after clearing the CBT.
12. No relaxation in minimum educational qualification is admissible for any category of candidate.
13. Where Grade (CGPA/OGPA/DGPA) is awarded, a conversion certificate from the concerned Board/University must be produced at the time of document verification.
14. Candidates employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of document verification, if shortlisted, and must resign from their present job before joining NCL upon final selection.
15. Selected candidates could be posted at any NCL Mine/Establishment and are liable to be transferred to other Coal India Limited subsidiaries during service.
