Register/Update Profile – Register yourself and submit your application/profile for the relevant position and State/UT, ensuring you meet the domicile, qualification, and age criteria for that position.

Submit Within the Window – Applications must be submitted between 8 July 2026, 10:00 AM, and 5 August 2026, 5:00 PM.

Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and possess essential qualification recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Technical Boards.

Furnishing inaccurate, wrong, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to rejection of the candidature.

Candidates must keep their email ID active for one year; no change in the email ID would be allowed.

Corrigendum, addendum, or errata will be posted only on NHIDCL's website at www.nhidcl.com, under the heading "Resource Portal".

Canvassing or external influence will disqualify the candidate from selection.

Candidates should avoid middlemen, recruitment agents/consultants, and fraudulent job promises.

All disputes are subject to Delhi High Court jurisdiction, with the English version prevailing for interpretation.

Personal information collected during the verification process shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and NHIDCL's policies, and used only for the purpose of assessment and verification relevant to the engagement.
