WCL Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 444 Mining Sirdar & Electrical Supervisor Posts

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), a Miniratna Cat-1 subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, has released Employment Notification No. 2026/69 dated 16.07.2026 for regular appointment to the posts of Mining Sirdar, T&S Grade-C and Assistant Foreman (Trainee) (Electrical)/Electrical Supervisor, T&S Grade-C. There are 444 vacancies in total, for WCL's Underground (UG) and Opencast (OC) mines spread across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT). 7. A candidate may apply for only one of the two posts; applying for both will lead to cancellation of candidature.
8. Only applications submitted through the online recruitment portal will be considered.
9. If a candidate submits multiple applications, only the one with the higher "Application Sequence Number" will be considered; fees paid against one sequence number cannot be adjusted against another.
10. Test cities are chosen by the candidate at the time of application and cannot be changed later; WCL reserves the right to allocate or change test cities.
11. No relaxation in the minimum qualification and eligibility criteria is admissible for any category of candidate.
12. Qualifications acquired through distance learning/part-time mode are not considered.
13. If a valid caste/category certificate is not uploaded, the candidate will be considered as UR; no request for change of category is allowed later.
14. Certificates will be verified from the issuing authority; candidature will be cancelled if any certificate is found unsatisfactory or not genuine at any stage.
15. EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/ESM certificates must be in Hindi or English.
