IREL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy, has released a detailed advertisement (Advt. No. CO/HRM/35/2026) inviting applications from qualified Indian Nationals for the appointment of Executives on a regular basis across its various Projects, Units, and Offices. 2. Closing Date for Online Submission: 10/08/2026 (18:00 HRS)
3. Cut-off Date for Eligibility (age, qualification, experience): 10/08/2026
4. All prescribed qualifications must be with First Class (60% marks in aggregate) for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and 55% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates. This requirement does not apply to qualified CAs/CMAs/CSs.
5. Courses must be full-time/regular and recognized by the State/Central Government/UGC/AICTE, as applicable.
6. For non-technical posts, qualifications via Online/Distance Learning from recognized universities/institutions are also considered, subject to conditions.
7. If a course does not indicate percentage/first class, a conversion certificate from the university is required; in its absence, a minimum of 6 on a 10-point scale will be treated as 60%.
8. Shortlisting is based on information/declaration submitted in the online application, verified later against uploaded documents.
9. Candidates with experience in Mining, Metallurgical, Chemical, Power, or Manufacturing/Production sectors will have an advantage.
10. Assessment is through Personal Interview/Psychometric Test/Group Exercise, or a combination. Multiple levels of interview may be conducted if the number of shortlisted candidates is high.
11. The company reserves the right to conduct a written test or any other test if required.
12. Meeting the advertised eligibility criteria does not by itself entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
13. Selection depends on interview performance, organizational requirement, and vacancy availability.
